HAMPTON TOWN REPORT A-7<br />
South Boundary: Hampton River past Nudd's<br />
Canal and Hobb's Point to junction of Hampton and<br />
Hampton Falls Rivers, then following the town boundary<br />
to the B. & M. RR. right of way.<br />
West Boundary: East side of B.<br />
&. M. RR. right<br />
of way in a Northerly direction to a starting point<br />
the junction with Exeter-Hampton Electric Co.<br />
right of way, and<br />
4. Whereas the marsh land located within the<br />
aforesaid specified area has not been conveyed by<br />
the Town to the Marsh Reclamation Authority.<br />
Therefore we hereby request that the Town of<br />
Hampton vote to partially rescind the vote taken at<br />
the annual town meeting held in March 1960 whereby<br />
the town voted to convey certain marsh land to<br />
the Marsh Reclamation Authority, said partial rescinding<br />
of said vote to be wholly as to the area<br />
herein before described in paragraph 3 and to further<br />
vote that the marsh land owned by the Town<br />
of Hampton located in said area herein before described<br />
in paragraph 3 to be set aside for wild life<br />
and conservation purposes; said vote shall take effect<br />
immediately upon the passage of this<br />
article.<br />
ARTICLE 21. On Petition of John J. Foley and<br />
nine other legal voters of the town of Hampton; to<br />
see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate<br />
the sum of $150,000. for the purpose of paying land<br />
and property damages for the acquisition of a strip<br />
of land approximately 100-110 feet wide running<br />
from Glade Path to Ocean Boulevard near the Hampton<br />
River Bridge for the purpose of a public highway;<br />
said highway to be generally as shown on the<br />
plan dated June 20, 1962 and prepared by Anderson,<br />
Nichols, Inc., and filed in the Hampton Town
