(limiting debate). Seconded.<br />

be by "Yes" and "No" ballot.<br />

ARTICLE 2<br />
Mr. David Colt made the motion to adopt Article<br />
2 as read. Seconded.<br />
Mr. John Mahon wished to amend Article 2 to<br />
have the Budget figure of "Estimated Revenue"<br />
changed by adding $13,000. The Moderator ruled<br />
that the Budget figure cannot be changed by vote.<br />
Mrs. Louisa Berry amended Article 2 by adding the<br />
words "Sale to be by Public Auction or Sealed Bid ."<br />
Seconded.<br />
Mr. John Mahon made a second amendment to<br />
Article 2 that the receipts from the sale of this property<br />
be used to reduce the <strong>1963</strong> Tax Rate. Seconded.<br />
Mrs. Berry amended her amendment to read<br />
"by Public Auction or Sealed Bid, with the right to<br />
reject any or all bids." Delete the words "Private<br />
Sale."<br />
Mr. Boehner said that sale by Public Auction<br />
often depresses the price of property.
