A-4 HAMPTON TOWN REPORT<br />

ARTICLE 13.<br />

To see if the town will vote to investigate<br />

the legality of Chapter 159 of the Session<br />

Laws of 1933 and the expenditure of town funds for<br />

lifeguards, cleaning, and policing of State Parks<br />

and to take take the necessary action in the best interests<br />

of the town.<br />

* ARTICLE 14. To see if the town will vote to<br />

amend the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Hampton<br />

adopted at the Annual Town Meeting on March<br />

8, 1949, and amended at subsequent Town Meetings,<br />

as follows:<br />

Amend Article V by adding the following new<br />

section<br />

"Section 11. All construction shall conform to the<br />

National Building Code as recommended by the National<br />

Board of Fire Underwriters and described as,<br />

'a code prescribing regulations governing the construction,<br />

alteration,<br />

equipment, use and occupancy,<br />

location and maintenance, moving and demolition of<br />

buildings<br />

and structures'."<br />

* ARTICLE 15. To see if the town will vote to<br />

amend the Zoning Ordinances of the Town of Hampton<br />

adopted at the Annual Town Meeting on March<br />

8, 1949, and amended at subsequent Town Meetings,<br />

as follows:<br />

Amend Article 1, Section 3 by adding the following<br />

new subsection:<br />

"Subsection 4A. Permit in any district the dead<br />

boat<br />

storage (not be be inhabited) of travel trailers,<br />

trailers, and utility trailers of less than 24 feet."<br />

ARTICLE 16.<br />

On petition of Paul A. Keane and<br />

sixteen other legal voters of the Town of Hampton;
