accept the services, loans, grants-in-aid and other assistance<br />
from the Federal, State, County, or other<br />
unit of local government, regional organization and<br />
public as well as private organizations.<br />
The membership of the Commission shall consist<br />
of the following to be appointed annually: two members<br />
by the moderator, two members by the Board of<br />
Selectmen, one member by the Planning Board, one<br />
member by the Zoning Board of Adjustment, one<br />
member by the Municipal Budget Committee. Commission<br />
membership shall also include the Chairman<br />
of the Board of Selectmen, the Chairman of the Precinct<br />
Commissioners, the Town Manager, the Executive<br />
Secretary of the Hampton Chamber of Commerce,<br />
the Executive Director of the N. H. Seacoast<br />
Regional Development Association, and the Chairman<br />
of the Hampton Municipal Development Authority.<br />
Said Commission shall hold an organization meeting<br />
annually within thirty days following the Annual<br />
Town Meeting and shall adopt by-laws and establish<br />
other administrative regulation necessary for<br />
the furtherance of the purposes of the Commission.<br />
ARTICLE 33. On petition of Kenneth W. Malcolm<br />
and 10 other legal voters of the Town of Hampton<br />
to see if the Town of Hampton will vote to raise<br />
and appropriate the sum of $120,000.00 over a two<br />
year period, for the purpose of obtaining land and<br />
constructing a Community Center for the use of the<br />
Residents of the Town of Hampton.<br />
The purpose of this<br />
Community center would be<br />
for the year round use of the residents for their social<br />
and recreational life of all age groups. This<br />
