A- 12 HAMPTON TOWN REPORT<br />
bonds and notes of the Town of Hampton under the<br />
Municipal Finance Statute or any other enabling<br />
authority ; and to take any other action incidental to<br />
or connected with the foregoing- matters or any of<br />
them.<br />
ARTICLE 31. On petition of Donald A. Ring and<br />
12 other legal voters of the Town of Hampton to<br />
see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate<br />
the sum of one ($1,000.) thousand dollars as the<br />
town's share of the annual budget of the New Hampshire<br />
Seacoast Regional Development Association.<br />
ARTICLE 32.<br />
On petition of Donald A. Ring and<br />
13 other legal voters of the Town of Hampton: to<br />
see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate the<br />
sum of fifty ($50.00) dollars for the expenses of a<br />
Survey Commission to Study the Recreation Industry<br />
in Hampton. Said Recreation Industry Survey<br />
Commission to be created by the adoption of this article<br />
and shall be charged with the responsibility of<br />
reporting its findings and recommendations to the<br />
next annual town meeting, and future regular and/<br />
or special town meetings.<br />
The Recreation Industry Survey Commission shall<br />
examine into all phases of the industry in Hampton<br />
and other areas to determine the relative competitive<br />
position of the industry.<br />
The Commission shall further examine into the<br />
physical and economic facilities available to the industry<br />
and make recommendations for the improvement<br />
thereof. The commission shall be charged with<br />
the responsibility for developing a master plan for<br />
the future growth and development of the recreation<br />
industry in Hampton and shall have the power to
