English and mathematics and with below average<br />

progress in English and mathematics separately and<br />

report to Portfolio Holder under <strong>Council</strong>’s schools causing<br />

concern.<br />

Analyse Key Stage 4 data. Identify schools below 35% for<br />

5A*-C (including English and mathematics) threshold and<br />

report to Portfolio Holder under <strong>Council</strong>’s schools causing<br />
