The Department has a number of strategies and plans in place to support the
delivery of the outcomes. These are illustrated in the diagram below.
• Annual Action Plan
The Chief Executive’s Department’s annual action plan (attached below) draws
on these other strategies and plans and reflects the department’s day to day
delivery priorities. The quarterly reports on progress provide accountability of
teams to senior officers and senior officers to the executive. The action plan
provides details on how the department will be working towards achieving the
outcomes set out above.
