three le ve ls: glo bal, re gi onal, and inte rna ti onal. At the
glo bal le vel, it is a PfP ce nter which pa rti ci pa tes in fo -
rmi ng a Pa rtner wo rki ng pro gram wi th aro und 1,500
acti vi ti es and 4,500 sub-acti vi ti es. All inte rna ti onal pa -
rtne rs may co ntri bu te to the exi sti ng co urse qu ali ty
and de ve lop and offer the ir own pro gra ms, wi th pro -
je ct to pi cs at the inte rna ti onal le vel inclu di ng inte gri tybu
ildi ng in the armed fo rces, and a US-spo nso red
pro je ct on wo men in de fe nse stru ctu res.
At the re gi onal le vel, after the si gni ng of the Jo int Sta -
te me nt of Mi ni ste rs of De fe nse of the Adri atic Cha rter
in No ve mber 2009, the PSO TC has be co me a re gi onal
ce ntre for tra ini ng to ge ther wi th the ce nte rs in Kru {e -
vac, Se rbia and Sko pje, Ma ce do nia. That re gi onal cha -
ra cter is re fle cted in the ce nte rs’ co ope ra ti on in

admi ni stra ti on, fi na nces, and sta ff, in the di stri bu ti on
of du ti es and in stra te gic pla nni ng. The BiH ce nter pla -
ys the ro le of a re gi onal co ope ra ti on hub, wo rki ng on
co urse ca ta log synchro ni za ti on, and on de ve lo pi ng the
ba se of expe rt le ctu re rs.
