Retrieving and Storing your Output SIS generates payable and receivable OAR files every billing period These OAR files are available for download on IS-Web for up to 90 days after being generated. After 90 days they are purged. For users of iiNET, these are available in iiNET for 30 days, but remain available on IS-Web for download for the full 90 days. ICH Late Submissions Process Invoices submitted to SIS after 17:00pm EST on closure days and intended for the period which has just closed will fail validation for incorrect billing period. Members therefore have 2 options from the Processing Dashboard 1. Select the failed invoices from the processing dashboard and click the Mark for Late Submission button. This will send a request to ICH Operations to accept the invoices for the closed period. A late submission fee may apply 2. Select the failed invoices from the processing dashboard and click the Increment Billing Period.
