Stop Rejections That Do Not Link
Only available to members that have submitted all billings via SIS for the
last 6 months
Members who want this enabled must notify SIS Operations
This validation will not accept incoming rejections that cannot be linked to
an existing transaction stored in the system.
Validation NOT enabled: billing member receives a validation warning
when linking is not successful (invoice is accepted as non migrated).
Validation Enabled: billing member receives a validation error when
linking is not successful (invoice is not accepted).
