Accept and Close a Correspondence (cont.)
Where can you do this from?
From the Billing History and Correspondence screen
Search for the Correspondence you which to Accept and Close
Click the Show / Create Correspondence icon
You will see a new action button to Close Correspondence
When this is clicked you will be asked to insert an Acceptance
Comment and confirm the closing of the correspondence.
This will keep an audit history within the correspondence.
