Abuse of RAM A10 5.2.1.5 and 5.3
5.2.1.5 “…. Correspondence may be initiated only if the total value in
dispute is USD 50.00 or more….”
5.3 “Both the carrying airline A and the issuing airline B are entitled to
increase or decrease their previous evaluations during any
rejection/correspondence stage….”
Airlines are mis-using 5.3 in order to circumvent 5.2.1.5
An amendment to 5.3 and IS-Web may be tabled if abuse continues
