achieves long-term maintenance free operations, so the man-hours<br />

for troublesome lubrication control can be reduced.<br />

When using <strong>Linear</strong> <strong>Way</strong> or <strong>Linear</strong> Roller <strong>Way</strong> in a clean environment, pollution due to spattering of grease must<br />

be avoided.<br />

Clean Environment Grease is a low dust generation grease consisting of a urea type thickener and a<br />

synthetic base oil and keeps environmental pollution in clean rooms to a minimum. This grease achieves the<br />

low level of dust generation equivalent to that of vacuum grease which is generally used for low dust generation,<br />

and much superior lubrication and rust prevention performances compared to vacuum grease.<br />

A steel end plate (austenitic stainless steel) is used in place of the synthetic resin end plate of the standard<br />

specification. <strong>Linear</strong> <strong>Way</strong> and <strong>Linear</strong> Roller <strong>Way</strong> of this specification can be used in high vacuum and its heat<br />

resistance is improved as well. When placing an order for this item, specify it together with the special<br />

specification "With no end seal" (/N). A change in grease type to vacuum or heat-resistant grease should also<br />

be considered.<br />
