For operations under normal conditions without shocks, prepare one mating reference mounting surface on<br />

the table and the bed respectively, and proceed as follows. (See Fig. 21.)<br />

Cleaning of mounting surfaces<br />

Remove burrs and blemishes from the<br />

reference mounting surfaces and<br />

mounting surfaces of the machine<br />

using an oil-stone, etc. and then wipe<br />

the surfaces with clean cloth. (See<br />

Fig. 22.)<br />

Remove rust preventive oil and dirt<br />

from the reference mounting surfaces<br />

and mounting surfaces of <strong>Linear</strong> <strong>Way</strong><br />

with clean cloth.<br />
