Chemical additives and other odor/corrosion countermeasures were listed and evaluated for application in the included collection system. Recommendations were provided for monitoring, counteracting, and eliminating odor release and corrosive damage to the wastewater collection system. The project updated water demand projections, reviewed the inventory of water assets, and identified potential future supplies. A scenario-based alternatives development approach was used to produce a plan that provided flexibility in light of future uncertainties. Provided support and background to complete hydraulic modeling scenario analyses, which will be incorporated into the County's WSMP.
