Program manager for the Chino Desalter Phase 3 expansion for the Western Municipal Water District and the Chino Basin
Desalter Authority, CA. The Phase 3 Program includes the expansion of two groundwater desalters as well as the addition of a
brine concentrate facility, six wells, four pump stations, and 50,000 feet of pipeline. The capital cost of these facilities is
estimated to be $125 million.
