Carollo understands that the City has a broad range
of needs to be met through this continuing services
contract. To fulfill these needs, we have assembled
a diverse team of experts in water treatment; water
distribution and transmission; and wastewater
management, collection and pumping, all supported
by engineers, architects, cost estimators, and drafters
whose day-to-day project work is solely focused on
water and wastewater projects.
In addition to providing breadth of services, we
also anticipate that meeting schedule and budget
expectations will be a must. Key to success will be staff
with excellent communication skills; knowledge of local
issues—both technical and regulatory; consistency of
staffing on a project from start to finish; and accurate cost
estimating for planning and construction costs.
