Executive Summary Understanding of the Work Carollo understands that the City has a broad range of needs to be met through this continuing services contract. To fulfill these needs, we have assembled a diverse team of experts in water treatment; water distribution and transmission; and wastewater management, collection and pumping, all supported by engineers, architects, cost estimators, and drafters whose day-to-day project work is solely focused on water and wastewater projects. Carollo’s experts currently provide responsive service on local Continuing Service Contracts. In addition to providing breadth of services, we also anticipate that meeting schedule and budget expectations will be a must. Key to success will be staff with excellent communication skills; knowledge of local issues—both technical and regulatory; consistency of staffing on a project from start to finish; and accurate cost estimating for planning and construction costs.
