an ultimate capacity of 11 mgd and the transmission main will include approximately one mile of 30-inch diameter pipeline. The<br />
project was fast-track, with design and construction in 1 year.<br />

addition of future pumps. It also involves the design of one new 96-inch effluent pipeline to collect secondary effluent flow from<br />
plants 1, 2 and 3, one new chlorine evaporate, one new chlorinator, and one new gas induction mixer.<br />

Structural engineer. This project consists of a new 15-mgd RO treatment plant that is co-located with a 6-mgd water<br />
reclamation facility that will share common facilities with each other (stand-by power generation and administrative facilities).<br />
Carollo is providing design engineering, construction management, plant-wide control system programming, and startup and<br />
commissioning services. These services will be coordinated with equipment installation and programming provided by the<br />
membrane system supplier. In addition, the control programming provided by Carollo will integrate the membrane system<br />
control logic into the plant-wide control system program.<br />
