diprotonation) BVS values of 0.69 and 0.71 for O14F and O23F, respectively, led us to believe
that we are looking at a water and a hydroxo ligand disordered over these two sites. Hence, we
should have a total of 28 hydroxo and 4 aqua ligands associated with 2.
