VSS (Vent Support System): Our footwear ventilation<br />
system. Components like the tongue and ankle padding,<br />
the lining at the sides and the footbed are perforated and<br />
often covered in an airy mesh fabric, which promotes continuous<br />
air circulation. This maintains a consistently high<br />
level of climate comfort inside the footwear. The VSS comes<br />
in different versions, which are adapted to suit different<br />
areas of activity.<br />
WATERLOCK 70D/210D/420D: Used predominantly<br />
for our equipment, this fabric has an increased number of<br />
warp and weft threads, which delivers maximum levels of<br />
abrasion resistance and tear strength. The fabric is pleasantly<br />
soft and supple, while the smooth finish reduces snow<br />
adhesion.<br />
WATER TRACK: Developed specifically for watersports<br />
footwear, this sole features our AQUA FLOW drainage<br />
system. It consist of the following components:<br />
1. profiled rubber outsole with special anti-slip surface<br />
2. EVA midsole for optimal cushioning and exceptionally<br />
good roll-off performance<br />
3. lightweight, flexible insole made of a water-permeable<br />
mesh fabric.<br />
4. perforated EVA footbed with moisture regulating polyester<br />
covering fabric and drainage ducts<br />
5. fine gauge metal mesh on the drainage ducts on the<br />
outsole prevents the ingress of stones and grit<br />
YOUTH ULTRA LIGHT HOOD: This fixed hood with integrated<br />
visor is frequently used on our lighter children’s<br />
jackets. The volume and field of vision are separately adjustable.<br />
