The Ack Delay Report complements the Packet Delay Report to give statistics on the acks<br />
created and dropped as well as the delay for the ack. The ack delay is a round trip delay<br />
from when the packet started to when the ack returned. The time starts with the last packet<br />
that results in sending the ack.<br />
