The Retransmissions Report presents retransmission statistics for transport and answer
commands when blocked packets are retransmitted. The retransmission timer accounts for
the age of the packet before it is blocked. It schedules a packet retransmission only after
the packet is actually blocked somewhere in the network. The retransmission time is adjusted
so that the packet is retransmitted the specified delay after the packet was originally
transmitted. It reports on quantities such as the number of times a packet has to be
retransmitted, and the number of packets that are retransmitted when a blocked packet occurs.
