Calls Disconnected
Calls Preempted
The number of calls disconnected due to this node failing.
The number of calls carried at this node and disconnected due to
preemption by a higher priority call routing through this node. Preemption
occurs when there is insufficient bandwidth available on the node to route
the higher priority call. The preempting call does not have to be between
the same origin and destination or following the same route as the
preempted call. Even if there is only one common node or link between
the calls then preemption may occur.
