Calls Preempted
The number of calls carried on this link and which were disconnected
due to preemption by a higher priority call which requires bandwidth on
this link. The preempting call does not have to be between the same origin
and destination or following the same route as the preempted call. Even
if there is only one common node or link between the calls then preemption
may occur.
