DTMF tones
DTMF Tones lets you set your phone to produce either Normal
length DTMF tones (the default setting) or Long DTMF tones
when dialing phone numbers.
Tip: Some automated systems react better to Long DTMF
tones.
Call Restrictions
Restriction lets you limit the use of your phone to make
outgoing calls and/or to receive incoming calls to any
numbers, to no numbers, or to calls from/to your Contacts.
1. From the Settings screen, under Device, touch
Call Settings ➔ Call Restrictions. The following options
are available:
2. Select the call direction you want to allow or restrict:
•Incoming: Restrict/allow incoming calls.
• Outgoing: Restrict/allow outgoing calls.
3. Select the level of allowance or restriction:
• Allow All: No restriction on calls.
•Allow Contacts: (All calls except Data) No restriction on calls to
and from Contacts only.
• Allow None: Restrict (block) calls.
Note: Default setting for all Call Restrictions is Allow All.
