areas to north resulting from departures to northeast turning west<br />

earlier to avoid over flights of most of El Mirage, <strong>and</strong> because<br />

F-15E operations were factored in.<br />

26 June 1985 Interstate 10 near <strong>Luke</strong> completed. It improved access to West<br />

possible areas of cooperation between Peoples Liberation Army<br />

<strong>and</strong> USAF.<br />

10 April 1986 State revised annexation law <strong>and</strong> required municipality to be<br />

adjacent to unincorporated l<strong>and</strong> <strong>and</strong> have okay from l<strong>and</strong>owners<br />

before could annex it (see entry ca. 1977).
