The movie series will be featured at various park sites located within the City. Festivities begin at 6:30 pm with kids crafts and games. Movies begin at dusk. Bring a blanket, low back lawn chairs and a picnic dinner, and come on down to the park for a family movie under the stars. Refreshments will be available for purchase. Harveston Park Summer Concert Series The City of Temecula Community Services Department is hosting five great music nights at the Harveston Park Amphitheater on Wednesday evenings during the month of August. One of the most fantastic venues in the city, the amphitheater overlooks Harveston lake with plenty of space for an evening of good food and music. Bring your picnic dinner, lawn chairs and blankets. Learn the basic steps in planning a landscape for your home. What should you emphasize in your design and what should you hide? Learn the history of landscape design, the current trends (e.g. bird and butterfly gardens), and the new technology now available as design tools. This three day workshop is the first of a four-course program that will lead the successful student to certification as a Consultant to the Landscape Design Council of the National Garden Clubs.
