How To Register:
General Information:
• Registration is taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Fees must be paid in full at the time of registration.
• No partial payments or deposits accepted.
• Fees must be received before the first class meeting.
• Fees will be returned to the payee if the class or activity has been
cancelled or is full.
• Registration must be completed on an Activity Registration Form.
• Photocopies are accepted and recommended for multiple use.
• Phone-in registration is NOT accepted.
• Classes and activities are subject to cancellation if minimum number
of participants is not met within 48 hours of the class or activity date or at
registration deadline.

• Online Registration now free of Surcharges.
• You will need a valid credit card for online registration.
• Refund requests must be made directly to the City Hall office during
normal business hours.
Please Note: Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to receive.
Fax-In: Complete an “Activity Registration Form”.
• Fax the completed and signed form to (951) 694-6488.
• Payment may be made by Mastercard or VISA only.
• Registration will be entered during normal business hours,
Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm.
• Please ensure you receive a printed fax confirmation from your fax
machine to confirm successful transmission.
Facility Rental Information
Looking for that special place for a memorable wedding reception, family reunion,
or company picnic? Do you need space to hold a seminar, meeting or banquet?
Temecula Community Services Department has just the place for you.We also have
park picnic shelters with barbecue areas that can be reserved for groups. Come by
and tour the facility for information. Reservations must be made in person.
Community Recreation Center (CRC), 30875 Rancho Vista Road
The perfect setting for special events! The multipurpose room is ideal for
banquets, receptions, concerts and plays. The facility has a full-service kitchen
and can accommodate groups from 15 to 300 with banquet seating for 250. The
outdoor amphitheater is perfect for concerts. The center features a stage with
professional lighting and stereo sound system. Please call 694- 6410 for more

Temecula Community Center (TCC), 28816 Pujol Street
An ideal spot for groups needing a room to hold meetings, parties or receptions.
The facility has a full-service kitchen and can accommodate 200 people. Please
call 694-6469 for more information.
Mary Phillips Senior Center (MPSC), 41845 6th Street
An ideal spot for groups needing a room to hold meetings, parties or receptions.
The facility has a partial kitchen, meeting room and a multipurpose room that can
accommodate 100 people. Please call 694-6464 for more information.
How to Register & Facility Rentals
Mail-In: Complete an “Activity Registration Form”.
• Payment may be made by check, money order, Mastercard or VISA.
• Make checks payable to “City of Temecula”.

Walk-In: Register in person using cash, check, money order or credit card at

Refund Policy
• All activities and excursions must meet a minimum number of participants
to be held.
• If the City must cancel a class/excursion, participants may transfer to
another class/excursion or receive a full refund.
• Participants unable to attend a class following pre-registration may
request a refund before the first class meeting.
• A $5.00 processing fee will be applied per cancelled activity.
• All refund requests must be made prior to the first class meeting or
excursion date.
• The Community Services Department is not permitted to issue cash for
refund requests.
• All refunds requested by the payee using a credit card will be issued a
credit to the card used for enrollment.

Picnic Shelter Rentals
Reservations: Accepted during office hours at the Community Recreation Center,
30875 Rancho Vista Rd., 694-6410
Harveston Community Park Picnic Shelter, 28582 Harveston Drive
Located at the new Harveston Community Park, features two picnic shelters with
a tot lot, built-in barbecues, and picnic tables. Both picnic shelters can be rented
together to accommodate larger parties.
Ronald Reagan Sports Park Picnic Shelter, 30875 Rancho Vista Road
Located at the northeast corner of the park, the picnic shelter has two built-in
barbecues, four picnic tables and a playground the kids will enjoy.
Pala Community Park Picnic Shelter, 44900 Temecula Lane
Another great place for your group picnic, outing or birthday party. The picnic
shelter has a built-in barbecue, four picnic tables and playground. Tennis,
basketball and sand volleyball is also available in the park on a first-come, firstserved
basis.
Margarita Community Park Picnic Shelter, 29119 Margarita Road
The picnic shelter has a built in barbecue, picnic tables and playground. Hockey
and tennis are also available in the park on a first-come, first served basis.
Temeku Hills Park Shelter, 31367 La Serena Way
Enjoy our park with a castle and ship play structure for your little princes and
princesses to play on! The picnic shelter has a built-in barbecue, three picnic
tables and a playground. Basketball is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Temecula Community Services Department also rents sports fields for practices,
picnics and tournaments.
