At World Cheese Awards
Sartori took home six medals at the prestigious
World Cheese Awards held in
Birmingham, UK. More than 2,600 entries
from 29 countries were entered into
this year’s competition, with 201 judges
from 19 countries rating the cheese.
“Sartori is honored to be a part of the
elite that were awarded medals in this
incredible competition. We really owe it
to our local patron milk farmers who
provide us with the highest quality milk,
and our talented cheesemakers that
hand-craft these products. Combined they
make these honors possible,” said Jim
Sartori, CEO and third-generation owner
of Sartori.
Of the six winners, two are new additions
to the Sartori Reserve line. Espresso
“We have taken our best selling flavors,
the flavor—making them perfect for a
chilly winter day. It’s the new healthy hot
lunch, dinner or snack—simple to make
and easy to enjoy.”
