Expenditure to assist aged care residential services that, as a result of their rural or remote location
or because the homes target financially disadvantaged people, are unable to meet the cost of
necessary capital works from the income they receive through resident accommodation payments
(accommodation bonds and accommodation charges) and the capital component of Australian
Government recurrent funding.
