The proportion of a HACC agencies that submitted data for the year varied between jurisdictions and actual service levels may be higher than stated.<br />

Indigenous data include <strong>only</strong> people who self identify as Indigenous.<br />

Validation processes for the Victorian Data Repository and the HACC MDS differ and actual service levels may be up to 5 per cent higher or<br />

lower than stated. In the case of Respite Care, the Victorian Data Repository recorded service levels 50 per cent higher than stated.<br />

(g) WA service volumes for Social Support are under represented by 3-4 per cent due to a processing error.<br />
