FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS<br />
15. The <strong>Shire</strong> is currently developing a Long Term Financial Plan. This is a ten<br />
year rolling plan which will link in with the Corporate Business Plan and<br />
Strategic Community Plan priorities. It indicates the <strong>Shire</strong>’s long term<br />
financial sustainability and allows early identification <strong>of</strong> financial issues and<br />
their longer term impacts.<br />

Strategic Planning Implications<br />
16. All actions, services and projects within <strong>Kalamunda</strong> Achieving are linked to the<br />
adopted Strategic Plan. This ensures that all projects and tasks that are<br />
carried out are done so with the strategic direction <strong>of</strong> Council as a focus.<br />

1. Adopts <strong>Kalamunda</strong> Achieving: Corporate Business Plan 2013 -2017<br />
(Attachment 1).<br />
2. Notes that the <strong>Kalamunda</strong> Achieving: Corporate Business Plan 2013 -2017 is<br />
integrated with the <strong>Shire</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Kalamunda</strong>’s Long Term Financial Plan and is<br />
subject to any amendments within that Plan as adopted by the Council.<br />
