FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
15. The Shire is currently developing a Long Term Financial Plan. This is a ten
year rolling plan which will link in with the Corporate Business Plan and
Strategic Community Plan priorities. It indicates the Shire’s long term
financial sustainability and allows early identification of financial issues and
their longer term impacts.
STRATEGIC AND SUSTAINABILITY IMPLICATIONS
Strategic Planning Implications
16. All actions, services and projects within Kalamunda Achieving are linked to the
adopted Strategic Plan. This ensures that all projects and tasks that are
carried out are done so with the strategic direction of Council as a focus.

COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL (C&C 43/2013)
That Council:
1. Adopts Kalamunda Achieving: Corporate Business Plan 2013 -2017
(Attachment 1).
2. Notes that the Kalamunda Achieving: Corporate Business Plan 2013 -2017 is
integrated with the Shire of Kalamunda’s Long Term Financial Plan and is
subject to any amendments within that Plan as adopted by the Council.
