Provide effective financial services to support the
Shire’s operations and to meet sustainability planning,
reporting and accountability requirements.
A Councillor queried EFT 29597; the Acting Chief Executive Officer clarified that the
amount was to cover the services of Talis Consultants who had been engaged to help
resolve some concerns resulting from the restructure of the Engineering Department.
A Councillor queried EFT 29164 and EFT 29480 for Kalamunda Sweeping as both
payments are for the same amount. The Director Corporate & Community Services
took this question on notice.
COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION TO COUNCIL (C&C 38/2012)
That Council:
1. Receives the outstanding debtors (Attachment 1) and creditors
(Attachment 2) reports for the period ended 31 May 2013.
2. Receives the list of creditors paid during the period 25 April 2013 to 23
May 2013 (Attachment 3) in accordance with the requirements of the
Local Government (Financial Management) Regulations 1996
(Regulation 12).
