The VAT Annexures - Form VAT 11G and Form VAT 11H are provided as per statutory<br />
requirements.<br />

In each page of Form VAT 11, the quarterly VAT return header is displayed as per the statutory<br />

As per the Budget Proposal for increase in VAT rates of Tobacco and Tobacco Products from<br />
13.5% to 25%, the following VAT/Tax classifications are provided effective from April 1,<br />
2011.<br />
•Purchases @ 25% / Input VAT @ 25%<br />
•Sales @ 25% / Output VAT @ 25%<br />
•Purchase Tax @ 25%<br />
The value of entries made using the aforesaid classifications will be currently captured only in<br />
VAT Computation report.<br />
Note: In the forthcoming <strong>Stat.900</strong> releases, the functionality will be enhanced to capture the<br />
value of entries made using VAT/Tax class provided for 25% rate in VAT Forms.<br />

Issues Resolved<br />
In column 9 of Annexures - Form VAT 48 and 49, the tax rate was displayed as 13%.<br />
This issue has been resolved and the tax rate is changed to 13.5%.<br />

•Purchases @ 5% / Input VAT @ 5%<br />
•Purchases @ 13.5% / Input VAT @ 13.5%<br />
•Purchases - Capital Goods @ 5%<br />
