Calibration check
a) Flow calibration check
If you notice a difference in flow rate between the righthand
and left-hand side whilst spreading, check the
following two calibrations:
1) Agitator calibration
• The sweep should be symmetrical over the outlet. If
required, adjust the swing arm screw ➀ in the aperture ➁
below the bin.
• The space between the pawl of the agitator ➂ and the
shutter should be 10 mm. If required, adjust the position
of the support ➃ (it may be that this distance is not
exactly 10 mm - it is more important that the dimension is
the same for the two agitators, e.g. 12 mm).

Kalibrációs ellenőrzés
a) Szórásmennyiség kalibrálás ellenőrzése
Ha műtrágyaszórás közben mennyiségi különbséget észlel a
bal és jobb oldal között, ellenőrizze a következő két
kalibrálást :
1) Keverőmű kalibrálása
• A nyílás mentén szimmetrikusnak kell lennie az
anyagkilépésnek. Ha szükséges, állítson az ➀ lengőkaron a
➁ nyílásban, a teknő alatt.
• A ➂ keverőmű zárópecke és a résadagoló közötti távolság
legyen 10 mm. Ha szükséges, állítson a ➃ tartó helyzetén.
(Lehet, hogy ez a távolság nem pontosan 10 mm, - sokkal
fontosabb ennél az, hogy mindkét keverőműnél azonos, pl.
12 mm legyen).

Kontrola kalibrování
a) Kontrola nastavení průtoku
Pokud zjistíte během hnojení rozdíl průtoku mezi
pravou a levou stranou, zkontrolujte tato nastavení:
1) Nastavení mísidel
• Proplachování má být symetrické v místě průtokového
otvoru, nastavte šroub kyvadla ➀ v otvoru ➁ pod
násypníkem.
• Prostor mezi západkou mísidla ➂ a poklopem má být 10
mm, nastavte takto pozici podstavce ➃ (tato vzdálenost
nemusí být přesně 10 mm, důležité je, aby obě mísidla měla
stejnou kótu, např. 12 mm).
