ASA Strategic Delivery Groups ASA STRATEGIC DELIVERY GROUPS Following a review the structure for Technical Committees has been changed. In place are Strategic Delivery Groups (SDG’s) which cover each of the Strategic Strands for the organisation. All Technical Committees, marked with an asterisk *(with the exception of the Technical Masters) will come under the remit of the ASA Strategic Development Group for Athlete Development including the Swim 21 Panel.
