Many swim schools and operators are showing a large drop off of children at stage 4 of the plan.
We believe that if children stay in the plan to stage 7 there is a greater chance of them continuing
to swim throughout their life. The work is therefore to find ways of encouraging children to
continue through the swimmer journey.
