18.1. <strong>The</strong> nominations of <strong>ASA</strong> Representatives as Directors of British <strong>Swimming</strong> Ltd were made as<br />
follows:<br />
<strong>ASA</strong> Sam Greetham through to November 2014<br />
Simon Rothwell through to November 2016<br />

Ray Gordon through to November 2017<br />
<strong>The</strong> appointments were approved unanimously.<br />
19. <strong>ASA</strong> BOARD – APPOINTMENT OF INDEPENDENT MEMBERS<br />
19.1. Keith Ashton - <strong>The</strong> appointment of Keith Ashton as independent Board member for 2012 and<br />
2013 was agreed.<br />
19.2. Chris Bostock and Andy Reed – Following the agreement of proposal 1, the Chair reiterated the<br />
appointment of Chris Bostock and Andy Reed for a further year to 2013.<br />
20. APPOINTMENT OF THE AUDITORS<br />
20.1. Haysmacintyre were appointed as auditors for a further year.<br />
21. DATE AND VENUE OF AGM’S FOR 2013 AND 2014<br />
21.1. 2013 – Confirmed as 19th October at a central venue.<br />
21.2. 2014 – Confirmed as 18th October at a central venue.<br />
