Progress highlights<br />
1. There is only 1 ITI at Indranagar, Agartala which has taken up COE in Automobile sector<br />
under the project in 2008-09.<br />
2. Admissions in COE began only in August 2010.<br />
3. The project ITI has a regular Principal and all 18 Instructors positions are filled.<br />
4. The BBBT workshops have been completed and equipment installed in the newly<br />
constructed workshops.<br />
5. The state has spent about 94% <strong>of</strong> its released funds.<br />
Key Issues<br />
1. The State is yet to sanction 6 AM positions.<br />
2. The AM workshop is yet to be completed with plumbing and electrical system.<br />
3. The supply orders <strong>for</strong> AM equipment has been placed, once received, it will be installed.
