Germination may be induced in <strong>the</strong>se spores by<br />

as occurring in <strong>the</strong> " corn mildew."'^ Mr. Currey<br />

writes :—^^ I know no microscopical object of greater<br />

Well may <strong>the</strong> reader remark on arriving thus<br />
