Information Disclosure and Transparency Business Continuity Management, BCM Triple-Star Rating system ● The re-election of the Board of Directors and the Audit Committee, whereas new Compensation Committee members were appointed. ● The election of the Board of Directors adopted nomination of candidates and adopted e- voting as one of the voting rights for shareholders at the shareholders’ meeting.
