Joel M. Kallman, CFA, is a Senior Associate for Quantitative Management Associates (QMA). Joel is a portfolio manager and a<br />

member of the asset allocation team’s investment committee. He also conducts economic and market valuation research. Joel has<br />

also held various positions within <strong>Prudential</strong>’s fixed-income group, in areas such as high-yield credit analysis and performance<br />

reporting. He earned a BS and MBA in Finance from Rutgers University. He is also a member of the New York Society of Security<br />

Analysts and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation.<br />

QMA: Long/Short Market Neutral Segment. Devang Gambhirwala is a Principal and <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager for Quantitative<br />

Management Associates (QMA). Devang is primarily responsible for overseeing the quantitative core long-short and large-cap<br />

equity mandates, and is also responsible for the management of structured products. Earlier at <strong>Prudential</strong> Investment Management,<br />

Devang worked as a Quantitative Research Analyst and an Assistant <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager. He earned a BS in Computer and<br />

Information Sciences from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and an MBA from Rutgers University.<br />

Jennison: Global Infrastructure Segment. Shaun Hong, CFA and Ubong “Bobby” Edemeka are the portfolio managers of the<br />

Global Infrastructure Segment. Mr. Hong and Mr. Edemeka generally have final authority over all aspects of the Global<br />

Infrastructure Segment’s investment portfolio, including but not limited to, purchases and sales of individual securities, portfolio<br />

construction, risk assessment and management of cash flows.<br />

Shaun Hong, CFA, is a Managing Director of Jennison. Shaun Hong joined Jennison Associates in September 2000. Mr. Hong is a<br />

portfolio manager of Jennison’s utility, equity income, and global infrastructure strategies. He joined <strong>Prudential</strong> in 1999 as an<br />

analyst responsible for power, natural gas and telecommunications industries within <strong>Prudential</strong>’s public equity unit. Mr. Hong<br />

began his career in 1992 as a research analyst covering telecommunications and technology companies at Parker/Hunter Inc., a<br />

regional brokerage firm based in Pittsburgh. In 1994, Mr. Hong joined Equinox Capital Management, where he worked for five<br />

years researching utility, consumer products, commodities and technology sectors. Mr. Hong received his BS in industrial<br />

management from Carnegie Mellon University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and CFA Institute.<br />

Ubong “Bobby” Edemeka is a Managing Director of Jennison, which he joined in March 2002. Mr. Edemeka is a portfolio<br />

manager of Jennison’s utility, equity income, and global infrastructure strategies. Before joining Jennison, Mr. Edemeka was a<br />

sell-side research analyst on the US Power & Utilities team at Goldman Sachs, where he covered electric utilities and independent<br />

power producers. Prior to Goldman Sachs, he was an analyst on the Global Utilities team of SSB Citi Asset Management Group, a<br />

division of Citigroup. Mr. Edemeka began his career as an analyst on the <strong>Prudential</strong> Utility Fund (now <strong>Prudential</strong> Jennison Utility<br />

Fund) at <strong>Prudential</strong> Investments in 1997 after completing <strong>Prudential</strong>’s investment management training program. Mr. Edemeka<br />

received his BA in government from Harvard.<br />

The above-referenced Jennison portfolio managers are supported by other Jennison portfolio managers, research analysts and<br />

investment professionals. Jennison typically follows a team approach in providing such support to the portfolio managers. The<br />

teams are generally organized along product strategies (e.g., large cap growth, large cap value) and meet regularly to review the<br />

portfolio holdings and discuss security purchase and sales activity of all accounts in the particular product strategy. Team members<br />

provide research support, make securities recommendations and support the portfolio managers in all activities. Members of the<br />

team may change from time to time.<br />

Core: Commodities Segment. Adam De Chiara is a Co-President of Core and the <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager of the Core Commodity<br />

Programs. Mr. De Chiara began his commodity career in 1991 at Goldman Sachs where he was responsible for trading the<br />

Goldman Sachs Commodity Index (“GSCI”). In 1994, Mr. De Chiara founded the commodity index group at AIG, where he<br />

designed and launched the Dow Jones - AIG Commodity Index. In 2003, Mr. De Chiara co-founded the commodities group at<br />

Jefferies. Mr. De Chiara received a BA from Harvard University and a JD from Harvard Law School.<br />

PIMCO: International Fixed-Income (Un-Hedged) Segment. Scott A. Mather is a managing director in the Newport Beach office<br />

and head of global portfolio management. Previously, he led portfolio management in Europe, managed euro and pan-European<br />

portfolios and worked closely with many Allianz-related companies. He also served as a managing director of Allianz Global<br />

Investors KAG. Prior to these roles, Mr. Mather co-headed PIMCO’s mortgage- and asset-backed securities team. Prior to joining<br />

PIMCO in 1998, he was a fixed income trader specializing in mortgage-backed securities at Goldman Sachs in New York. He has<br />

17 years of investment experience and holds a master’s degree in engineering, as well as undergraduate degrees, from the<br />

University of Pennsylvania.<br />

PIMCO: Emerging Markets Fixed-Income Segment. Michael Gomez is a managing director in the Newport Beach office, a<br />

portfolio manager and co-head of the emerging markets portfolio management team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2003, he was<br />

responsible for market making and proprietary trading of emerging market bonds at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that, he spent a year<br />
