Mark Finn is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. He is the portfolio manager of the <strong>Value</strong> Fund and chairman of the<br />

fund’s Investment Advisory Committee. Mark is also a vice president and Investment Advisory Committee member of the Equity<br />

Income Fund, New Era Fund, Capital Appreciation Fund, and Mid-Cap <strong>Value</strong> Fund. From 2005 to 2009, he was an equity<br />

research analyst specializing in electric power generation, utilities, and coal. Prior to this, he was an analyst in T. Rowe Price’s<br />

Fixed Income Division where he also covered utilities and power generation. Prior to joining the firm in 1990, Mark had five years<br />

of auditing experience with Price Waterhouse LLP. Mark earned a BS from the University of Delaware and has obtained the<br />

Chartered Financial Analyst and Certified Public Accountant designations.<br />

John Linehan is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. He is also a <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager in<br />

the Equity Division. John is President of the <strong>Value</strong> Fund and is head of the T. Rowe Price U.S. Equity Division and Chairman of the<br />

Equity Steering Committee. He also co-manages several of the firm’s separate account portfolios as a member of the Large-Cap<br />

Strategy Team and is the Lead <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager for the SICAV U.S. Large-Cap <strong>Value</strong> Equity Fund. In addition, John is also a Vice<br />

President and member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Equity Income Fund, New Era Fund and Global Stock Fund.<br />

In addition, he is a Vice President of the Capital Appreciation Fund. John joined the firm in 1998 and has nine years of previous<br />

investment experience at Bankers Trust and E.T. Petroleum. He earned a BA from Amherst College and an MBA from Stanford<br />

University where he was the Henry Ford II Scholar, an Arjay Miller Scholar, and the winner of the Alexander A. Robichek Award in<br />

Finance. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst accreditation.<br />

William Blair Segment. W. George Greig is responsible for the day-to-day management of the portion of the <strong>Portfolio</strong> managed by<br />

William Blair. Mr.Greig, a principal of William Blair, has headed the firm’s international investment management team since<br />

1996. He serves as the <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager for the William Blair International Growth Fund as well as leading the <strong>Portfolio</strong> Team on<br />

separately managed portfolios. Before joining William Blair, he headed international equities for PNC Bank in Philadelphia from<br />

1995 to 1996 and previously served as Investment Director with London-based Framlington Group PLC as well as managing<br />

global and emerging markets funds there. He has over twenty-five years of experience in domestic and international investment<br />

research and portfolio management. Education: BS, Massachusetts Institute of Technology; MBA, Wharton School of the University<br />

of Pennsylvania.<br />

LSV Segment. The portfolio managers responsible for the day-to-day management of the portion of the <strong>Portfolio</strong> managed by LSV<br />

are Josef Lakonishok, Menno Vermeulen, CFA, and Puneet Mansharamani, CFA.<br />

Mr. Lakonishok has served as CEO, CIO, Partner and <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager for LSV since its founding in 1994. He has more than 31<br />

years of investment and research experience.<br />

Mr. Vermeulen has served as a <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager and Senior Quantitative Analyst of LSV since 1995 and a Partner since 1998. He<br />

has more than 20 years of investment experience.<br />

Mr. Mansharamani, CFA has served as a Partner and <strong>Portfolio</strong> Manager of LSV since 2006 and as a Senior Quantitative Analyst of<br />

LSV since 2000. He has more than 12 years of investment experience.<br />

PIMCO Segment. Mihir Worah, Scott Mather, and Chris Dialynas are the portfolio managers responsible for the portion of the<br />

<strong>Portfolio</strong> managed by PIMCO.<br />

Mr. Worah is a managing director in the Newport Beach office, a portfolio manager, and head of the Real Return portfolio<br />

management team. He was previously a member of the analytics team and worked on real and nominal term structure modeling<br />

and options pricing. Prior to joining PIMCO in 2001, he was a postdoctoral research associate at the University of California,<br />

Berkeley, and the Stanford Linear Accelerator Center, where he built models to explain the difference between matter and<br />

anti-matter. He has 10 years of investment experience and holds a Ph.D. in theoretical physics from the University of Chicago.<br />

Mr. Mather is a managing director in the Newport Beach office and head of global portfolio management. Previously, he led<br />

portfolio management in Europe, managed euro and pan-European portfolios and worked closely with many Allianz-related<br />

companies. He also served as a managing director of Allianz Global Investors KAG. Prior to these roles, Mr. Mather co-headed<br />

PIMCO’s mortgage- and asset-backed securities team. Prior to joining PIMCO in 1998, he was a fixed income trader specializing<br />

in mortgage-backed securities at Goldman Sachs in New York. He has 17 years of investment experience and holds a master’s<br />

degree in engineering, as well as undergraduate degrees, from the University of Pennsylvania.<br />
