Peter Stournaras—Managing Director and portfolio manager, is a member of <strong>BlackRock</strong>’s Large Cap Series equity team. He is<br />

responsible for leading quantitative research and analysis, coordinating the efforts of the team’s quantitative equity analysts.<br />

Prior to joining <strong>BlackRock</strong> in 2010, Mr. Stournaras was the Director of Quantitative Active Management at Northern Trust<br />

Company where he was responsible for a team of portfolio managers and analysts, conducted research as well as developed and<br />

implemented quantitative investment strategies. Previously, he was a portfolio manager at Smith Barney, where he partnered with<br />

fundamental analysts to manage $1.5 billion in funds and separate accounts. Mr. Stournaras began his investment career at<br />

Citigroup Asset Management, where he held a number of positions based in New York, Stamford and London.<br />

Mr. Stournaras earned a BS degree in management information systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1995 and an MBA<br />

degree from Columbia Business School in 2006.<br />

Basic <strong>Value</strong> Segment. The basic value segment of the <strong>Portfolio</strong> is managed by team of financial professionals. Kevin Rendino, Kurt<br />

Schansinger and Carrie King are the portfolio managers and are jointly and primarily responsible for the day-to-day management<br />

of the basic value segment of the <strong>Portfolio</strong>. Information about Mr. Rendino, Mr. Schansinger, and Ms. King is provided below.<br />

Richard Piccirillo and Malcolm Dalrymple are primarily responsible for the day-to-day management of each <strong>Portfolio</strong>.<br />

Richard Piccirillo is Principal and portfolio manager for <strong>Prudential</strong> Fixed Income’s Global Rates and Securitized Products Team.<br />

He is also senior portfolio manager for Core Plus Fixed Income strategies. Mr. Piccirillo has specialized in mortgage-backed<br />

securities since joining <strong>Prudential</strong> Financial in 1993. Mr. Piccirillo also specializes in structured products and is a portfolio<br />

manager for multi-sector fixed income accounts. Before joining <strong>Prudential</strong> Financial, Mr. Piccirillo was a fixed income analyst<br />

with Fischer Francis Trees & Watts. Mr. Piccirillo started his career as an analyst at Smith Barney, assisting in overseeing the fixed<br />

income trading desks for the planning and analysis department. He received a BBA in Finance from George Washington<br />

University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from New York University.<br />

Malcolm Dalrymple is Principal and corporate bond portfolio manager for the Investment Grade Corporate Team and is<br />

responsible for intermediate and short corporate strategies as well as corporate security selection in intermediate multi-sector,<br />

Core, and Core Plus portfolios. He has specialized in corporate bonds since 1990. From 1983 to 1990, Mr. Dalrymple was a<br />

money markets portfolio manager. He joined <strong>Prudential</strong> Financial in 1979 as a securities lending trader and a bank analyst.<br />

Mr. Dalrymple received a BS in Finance from the University of Delaware and an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University.<br />

<strong>AST</strong> Cohen & Steers Realty <strong>Portfolio</strong><br />

The portfolio managers responsible for the day-to-day management of the <strong>Portfolio</strong> are: Martin Cohen, Robert H. Steers, Joseph M.<br />

Harvey and Jon Y. Cheigh.<br />
