introduced a requirement for listed companies to<br />
submit a quarterly compliance report, including a<br />
corporate governance report, within 15 days of the<br />
end of each financial reporting quarter.<br />

disclosures, the SEBI Committee on Corporate<br />
Governance’s discussion of corporate governance<br />
indicated that a broader set of stakeholders should<br />
be considered, taking into account societal concerns<br />
about labor and the environment. Under clause 49<br />
of the Listing Agreement, companies are required<br />
to submit their Corporate Governance Report. A<br />
default list has been taken out by the concerned<br />

Finance Minister Regulation No. 316/<br />

KMK.016/1994 regarding partnership and<br />
community development guidelines mandates<br />
state owned enterprise to report partnership and<br />
community development programme and publish<br />
and submit an audited report. This regulation<br />
was superseded by State Owned Enterprise<br />
Minister Regulation No. SE-443/MBU 203, dated<br />
16 September 2003 concerning guidance for<br />
partnership and community development program.<br />
In 2007 these regulations were revised by State<br />
Owned Enterprise Regulation No. PER-05/<br />
MBU/2007 dated 27 April 2007.
