Conditions/Reasons:- 1 The development hereby permitted shall be begun before the expiration of three years from the date of this permission. Reason: This condition is required to be imposed by Section 91 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 as amended by Section 51 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. 2 The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the following approved plans: TDB-15-001, TDB-15-002, TDB-15-003 Rev A, TDB-15-004 Rev A, TDB-15-005 Rev B, and TDB-15-006 Rev A. Reason: For the avoidance of doubt and in the interests of proper planning. 3 The materials and finishes to be employed on the external faces of the development, hereby permitted, shall be identical in every respect to those of the existing building unless otherwise first agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
