Plane bearing applications represent 25% of total<br />

worldwide bearing usage.<br />

Why? Good engineering principles dictate the best bearing<br />

design for the application. Often ball bearings are asked to<br />

perform beyond their design capabilities. The rolling element<br />

industry has not helped users understand the limitations of<br />

their technology.<br />

In 1983, linear ball bearing users came to Pacific Bearing ®<br />

material – FrelonGOLD ® . The original Simplicity bearings were<br />
