MONITORING ACTIONS
Monitoring Participant Responses / Outputs
A key function of the facilitation team during the exercise is the monitoring of participant responses to
requested tasks and also to be on the watch for particularly creative responses to challenges that arise.
The following table lists the exercise’s expected outputs and guidance on key participant actions to watch
for:

so. Or are they mostly working in isolation from each other?
• Do participants seem to know what the response priorities are?
