facilities that you may require (each event is likely to have a long and very specific list<br />

pertinent to its particular circumstances). Instead, we have provided some examples to<br />

help you put your own checklist together.<br />

Production Equipment – Sample Checklist<br />

Staging and associated structures – disabled platforms, sound delay towers, etc<br />

Lighting, audio and visual equipment<br />

Power – generators and distribution cables<br />

Electrical supplies<br />

Fuel<br />

Cable covers and ramps<br />

Plumbing supplies<br />

Joinery supplies<br />

Barriers, ropes & stakes, etc – front of stage, perimeter, no-go areas,<br />

queuing systems, etc<br />

Portacabins, tents, marquees, etc – dressing rooms, production and site offices,<br />
